What we collect
When you start an assessment or enquiry, we may collect your name, phone number, baby age, feeding type, concerns, and free-text messages you choose to share. We use this to personalise guidance and follow up on WhatsApp or call.
How we use it
Data is used to deliver your plan snapshot, schedule onboarding, process payments (where applicable), and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We may share limited data with infrastructure providers (hosting, database, payment processors such as Razorpay) solely to operate BabyLogic. Payment details are handled by the payment provider — we do not store full card numbers.
Your choices
Contact us via the site enquiry form or WhatsApp to request access, correction, or deletion of your enquiry data where legally applicable.
Not medical care
BabyLogic provides educational parenting guidance. It is not a medical service. For clinical concerns, consult a pediatrician.
